Unique Arizona wedding venues that will blow your guests away

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind place to get married this post is for you! From experimental towns to historic buildings here are some of the most unique wedding venues in Arizona. As a wedding photographer, I know that the venue you choose for your wedding sets the tone of the day. If you want to leave your guests in awe and give them an incredible experience you’re going to want to add these venues to your must-see list!

Arcosanti

Want a venue with an amazing history and beautiful architecture? You need to consider hosting your wedding at Arcosanti! Originally built as an experimental town by architect Paolo Solari. Arcosanti currently functions as an artist’s residence and museum. This transportive space is a gorgeous blend of futuristic architecture and Tuscan vegetation and landscape. Arcosanti is surrounded by lush olive trees and stunning views of the Agua Fria River. Arcosanti would be the perfect space for an eclectic, modern, and artful wedding! With accommodations on the property (you can check out their accommodations here!) you can get ready for your wedding and stay after before and after which makes logistics a breeze.

Abbey on Monroe

One of the most exciting new venues in Arizona is Abbey on Monroe! This venue was a historic Baptist church located in the heart of Downtown Phoneix that was destroyed in a fire decades ago. The space has now been converted into a breathtaking open-air wedding venue. The view from every angle of this space is stunning with exposed bricks and incredible windows. If you’re looking for a unique, vintage yet modern vibe this is the place for you! With lots of hotels near the venue and getting ready spaces on the property the space is both gorgeous and super functional to host your wedding day at!

The Little Daisy

Probably one of the most visually stunning venues in the entire state of Arizona by far is The Little Daisy. This historic building is located in the ghost town of Jerome. Surrounded by incredible views and amazing architecture you’ll feel transported to another time. The space is perfect if you’re looking for that vintage-inspired almost Wes Anderson look for your wedding. The Little Daisy is also a hotel and is the perfect place for bridal party groups to stay. If you take a day trip to visit this venue, you won’t be disappointed!

The Paseo

One of the most iconic views in all of Arizona is the Superstition Mountains. The view of the Superstition Mountains makes The Paseo one of the best and most unique wedding venues in Arizona. The Paseo has a modern desert feel with a stunning main building and easy access to the desert for sunset portraits. The views, space, and the team behind The Paseo make this essential for couples looking for views that are going to impress their guests.

Joshua Tree House

Located in the heart of the Saguaro National Park this charming boho house is perfect for micro weddings. Over one million people come to visit Saguaro National Park every year and it’s clear why! The incredible amount of Saguaro cacti and gorgeous desert landscape is like no other place in the world. Joshua Tree House (nicknamed Posada) is a charming home with a large garden, pool, and boho chic rooms. When planning a micro wedding here you’ll also get help with planning and coordinating from their amazing team. If you’re looking for an intimate space in a gorgeous desert landscape this is the place for you!

Cloth & Flame

One of the most customizable and one-of-a-kind experiences when it comes to hosting your wedding has to be Cloth & Flame. With Cloth & Flame, you can host your event from almost anywhere. With locations in the desert, in the forest, or near the edge of a cliff! If you want a unique experience surrounded by nature this is by far the best route to go. Most events with Cloth & Flame will include coordination and planning. Their team will be there to set up things like your ceremony space, dinner space, bar, catering, and dance floor wherever you want it to be! They’ve hosted weddings in places like Downtown Phoneix, Oro Valley, Slick Rock State Park, and so many other places! If you have friends and family traveling in for your wedding, the views from any location with Cloth & Flame will leave them with plenty to talk about!

If you want a one-of-a-kind experience for your wedding these venues should be at the top of your list! From Downtown Phoenix to Saguaro National Park, these unique Arizona wedding venues need to be on your must-see list! Ready to book your photographer for your wedding? Inquire here!
